Let it snow!!

So, it's been snowing here since last night. Hubby is convinced I'm going to have the baby in the next day or so because of his luck. Seriously, I move and he asks if I'm going into labor. Like I'd hide that. *rolls eyes*

Anywho, work got cancelled for the evening, even though the mall didn't close despite the state of emergency we're under. Here's hoping it gets cancelled tomorrow and I won't have to go in in the morning.

Men seem to do that when around a pregnant woman. Hopefully for the little one's sake, you won't go into labor until after the new year. I have friends whose birthdays are close to the winter holidays and it always sucked for them.

I'm torn between wanting her to come after New Year's so she'll have a little distance from Christmas and just wanting her to come. I'm so over this pregnant thing. I keep telling myself it'll all be over soon. Just 11 more days til the due date...

Hang in there, you've got less than two weeks. Just remember to slow down a bit and to rest and put your feet up a little more often.

Slowing down has already happened. I've only got one more day of work left - Tuesday. I did have to go to work this morning. Course I realized last night I'd have to go in no matter what cause today was Sunday, which is when payroll gets processed. Which wouldn't have been a huge deal, except this was a payroll week and I'd like to get paid. :D But roads weren't that bad and hubby insisted on driving me.

And I should really write a Trixie fic or two. If the muse ever returns. She's been MIA since August. *sigh*

Yup, that would be my psycho dog, Bud. Hubby was complaining that the dog had snow frozen to his belly but refused to come in and warm up. *shakes head* really, not the brightest dog in the world.

Roads are mostly clear here, at least the ones I have to drive on. Hubby drove me to work yesterday, just in case. *rolls eyes* Mostly cause he's worried something will happen and he wouldn't be able to get to me cause his car doesn't go for crap in the snow. *g* I love my four wheel drive.
