Sept. Wk 3 Writing

*headdesk* Miss Thing developed her first cold, thanks to the cousins last week over the weekend and kept me up so no writing got done cause when she did sleep, I slept. And now, of course, I have managed to pick it up as well. *pouts* And I'm never sick. This sucks... and I wish I could breathe.

So week 2's goals:

- Chp 2 & 3 of Riptide

- First two scenes of Buffy/Dresden.

What I got done - *drum roll* a paragraph for the the Dresden fic. But I think I've figured out the placement of where this happens in the Dresden canon.

And since this week is already half over, I'm sick, and Miss Thing is sick, I'm making my goal very small for this week:

Write the first scene for Buffy/Dresden.

Sept. Wk 2 Writing

*sigh* So, still not feeling well at the beginning of the week put a crick in my writing plans. But, I only work four days this week and have a road trip during which I can write so here's hoping for a better week. Plus, the newest full time manager is taking over the visuals which my brain gets a break from that and I only have to concentrate on my job... and some training of the newest part time manager. *sigh* Seriously, hope we're done with this manager training thing since holiday is coming up and my hands will be full.

So last week's goals:

- Finish writing chp 1 of Riptide (working title for the Undertow sequel) and hopefully chp 2

- Write the first two scenes of a Buffy/Dresden fic that's been percolating for around a year.

What I got done - Finished chp 1... and that's it.

So week 2's goals:

- Chp 2 & 3 of Riptide

- First two scenes of Buffy/Dresden.

Writing Goals

So, I'm hoping to get some writing done this month. Miss Thing occupies herself for stretches of time now (although, we do need to keep an eye on Miss Daredevil). Hopefully things are about to even out a work a little so we can take a collective breath before holiday. And hopefully this abscessed tooth thing is almost over so I can actually get some sleep and eat.

So, here are my goals for this week:

- Finish writing chp 1 of Riptide (working title for the Undertow sequel) and hopefully chp 2

- Write the first two scenes of a Buffy/Dresden fic that's been percolating for around a year.

No word count goal, just getting writing done period.

*crosses fingers* I'll see you guys on Sunday.
